Like most things in our lives, facing our weaknesses and trying to improve our emotional wellbeing requires not only time and commitment, but also strength to be look deep within and be vulnerable. It requires utmost courage to be vulnerable to yourself and others, and I am truly privileged for the opportunity to work with you in your therapeutic journey towards self- awareness.
In individual therapy, I have experience in working with clients presenting a diverse range of difficulties, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, etc. I also have experience working with couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship, marriage, and/or family life.
I use an integrated approach in my practice that includes cognitive -behavioural therapy, psychodynamic theory, and narrative therapy. Using an integrated approach enables to me tailor treatment that is aligned with my client’s specific’s needs. It is my priority to establish a warm and non-judgemental space for my clients where they not only feel save but also prosper.
